THE EXPERIENCE

A place to practise.

Lingyin’s archived Chan Tea programme joined silent attention, tea study and temple accommodation in a small selected intake. The official notice provides unusually clear lodging, interview and device rules. It is evidence of a real residential format, not a general overnight entitlement at Lingyin. Current courses must be checked individually because some temple classes exclude accommodation.

  • The notice allows ID or passport but does not explicitly promise admission by nationality.
  • Other Lingyin courses explicitly exclude accommodation, so assess each programme separately.

  • Are you accepting overseas participants for my intended dates, and what is the full required length of stay?
  • Which sessions have English instruction or translation?
